Multi-site project management of high-tech, innovative, implantable hearing solutions


Your role will consist on managing the introduction of new products in production for the count of BAHS and CI within OM organization consisting of 4 sites; Smørum in Denmark, Gothenburg in Sweden, Mierzyn in Poland and Vallauris on the French Rivera. You will be based in Vallauris.

As NPI Project Manager it will be your main priority to coordinate interactions between sites and set operations to start a production. In this process, you work closely together with all departments and more specifically with Engineering, BAHS Operations, R&D and supply chain as well as external partners and subcontractors.


In this role you will also manage the activity of change control internally in Vallauris and between sites. You will manage a team of 2 people and you will be the main point of contact to coordinate changes between sites.


You will report to the Director of Operations CI based in Vallauris and in dotted line to Senior Director, QARA and Operations, BAHS.


Your key responsibilities include:


- Insure the link between sites to introduce new products :
          o Coordinate actions to start production
          o Write appropriate contracts to set up the process between sites
          o Report progress to the Project Manager and/or team members
          o Define material and information flows and define R&R of different contributors
          o Set up the ramp –up phase : component availability, appropriate production capacity, …
- Lead operation tasks on site to set up the manufacturing process
- Ensure that deliveries comply to medical, regulatory and internal quality requirements
- Project reporting and milestone reviews according to our quality management system
- Pro-active stakeholder management - both to internal and to external partners
- Leadership and motivation of the people working in the project or contribute to the project
- Manage the organization of Change Control Board and lead technical changes
          o Optimize process to gain in efficiency
          o Insure coordination between sites
          o Coordinate and drive activities of a change
- Willing to review processes, propose more efficient organization

New Product Introduction Project manager F/H with a proven track record


In order for you to be a success in this job, you have documented experience from similar jobs preferable from a company within the area of medical devices.


Furthermore, we expect you to hold a relevant technical degree in combination with at least 5 years’ of professional experience.


Fluency in English is mandatory, and if you master French, it will be an important advantage.
