Verification & Validation of medical devices
You will be part of Oticon Medical R&D in Sophia Antipolis France, situated on the French Rivera. You will be working in a multi-disciplinary and competent product development team together with electro-acoustic engineers, software designers, audiologists and embedded system designers. You will be involved in product development projects from inception to release to market. Interaction with internal and external subcontractors and with production facilities will be a part of your daily routine.
Your means responsibilities include:
- Test campaigns definition, planning and execution follow-up
- Technical coordination of test execution, including alignment with other test engineers
- Definition of tests plans
- Specification of test automation tools
- Test development using Test Complete or equivalent
- Troubleshooting of system under test and working with design teams to define recovery actions
- Delivery of test reports
- Ensuring deliveries comply to medical regulatory and internal quality requirement
Senior System Verification engineer
You hold a MS in Engineering or equivalent. You have demonstrated experience (5 years minimum) testing complex products in an industrial regulated environment with broad exposure to hardware / software / system design.
You have an experience in coordinating test activities and interacting with project stakeholders.
Experience with medical device standards or HMI (Human Man Interface) testing is an additional advantage.
As a person you are an efficient networker who quickly adapts to the varying projects you are working on. You have good communication skills and are a team player by heart. You are motivated by the quality of product, with a clear focus on customer needs, and by working in cross-professional development teams. You are dedicated about your work, are self-managed and constantly focused on your goals.
Finally, you are fluent in English (spoken and written).
