Student Assistant wanted for the Oticon Marketing Deployment Team
Do you want to take part in supporting our Marketing Deployment team with different marketing related tasks to ensure deployment of go-to-market strategies and campaign deliveries in our Sales Companies for them to succeed with their local product launches around the world? If your answer is “yes” you should come and join the team here at Oticon. Right now, we are looking for a new student assistant who can support our Marketing Deployment Managers in the Marketing Deployment team.

Join the Marketing Deployment Team
As our new employee you get the chance to work with many different stakeholders, and we also offer you responsibility for different marketing and communication projects. In our team we make sure that our Sales Companies have all the information and materials needed for a given product launch. Examples of tasks that are driven by the team are; daily marketing support to Sales Companies, project management, creating campaign communication deliveries, setting up web shops for ordering, aligning and creating go-to-market timelines, creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, evaluating externally and internally on campaigns etc.
Work with project management and campaign communication deliveries
Joining us you can look forward to taking on the following tasks:
- Creation and distribution of Sales & Marketing newsletters
- Campaign communication deliveries (e.g. Planning Mails, Go-to-Market plans and marketing catalogues)
- Ordering of campaign material (e.g. setup webshop, consolidation of orders)
- Update SharePoint sites (e.g. Sales, Marketing and Training portal)
- External and internal feedback/evaluation (e.g. gather input, analysis of reports, create recaps)
- Creation and maintaining of go-to-market delivery list
- Events (e.g. Oticon Brand Summit)
- Administration of mailing lists
- Organize and delegate tasks from shared mailbox
- Compliance support
We are looking for you
You are studying a B.Sc. or M.Sc. in communication, marketing or similar. You live for marketing; you have a creative mind and the ability to transform ideas into practice. Because coordinating, planning and executing are important parts of your main responsibilities, we expect you to work in a structured manner, and further to see that you are good at following up on tasks until you have crossed the finish line. At the same time, we would appreciate a strong will to interact with all our stakeholders in a respectful, involving and engaging manner.
Finally; you want to be part of a great team who is open-minded, friendly and fun to work with!
Your working hours are around 15 hours a week and we offer flexibility during exams period, as we believe your study has priority.
