The team & tasks
We are a small and dedicated team with a pivotal focus on defining Oticon Medical’s business application landscape. We build and elevate our applications including CRM, ERP, E-commerce, and online communities. We concentrate on defining, analyzing, and mapping business requirements and present our solutions to support these in a very agile setting. We furthermore drive and deliver the new systems within our Implant business and have started a huge digitalization journey. And as we need more hands supporting us here, we would like to meet you!
As our new Business Systems Analyst, you will report to the Director of Business Solutions at Oticon Medical. You will have a variety of tasks you can look forward to:
• Translating of business needs into solution requirements including data analysis to understand the business logic and provide input to solution design
• Documenting processes and system design
• Training and testing as part of the commercial system development and market deployments
• Proposing and evaluating pragmatic solutions for relevant stakeholders
• Being a vital part in bridging Business and IT

You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree within IT, business, engineering, or economics and are either newly graduated or come with a couple of years of work experience in a similar role. You might have experience with driving project deliverables with high quality and tight deadlines.
Furthermore, as we have a lot of projects to drive, support and develop, it is important that you are able to plan, organize and follow up on targets in a self-driven manner. Our customers and consumers are located worldwide and therefore you need to have a global mindset.
You feel comfortable working with a lot of different stakeholders from both top-level management to technical departments. You thrive in a fast-moving and changing organization. And last, it will be a plus if you have knowledge in Dynamics and Salesforce.
