A pivotal role in an international setup
You will have a function as both Product Specialist and coordinator. Here, you will be part of our Product Marketing Support team and a vital link between R&D and marketing communication. You will develop a deep understanding of our Hearing Instruments and accessories to ensure compelling and relevant content in our marketing material such as product presentations, product guides, product information material and training material. The goal is to ensure a consistent experience of the market communication around the product.
In your daily work, you will interact with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all needs are met across the release. Our team needs to ensure on-time deliveries with a high-quality standard. You can look forward to a wide range of challenging tasks and, in short, you will be:
- Driving the creation of materials to ensure a successful product launch
- Creating strong relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Being a strong owner and driver in getting a deep understanding of our Hearing Instruments and our Hardware in general
- Translating concepts, technology, and way of using the product from R&D to Sales and Marketing
- Delivering clear product analysis and communication and ensuring a strong link to the training material we provide internally and externally
- With time facilitate the deliverables for our Private Label customers.
To be a success in your new position, we expect you to come along with most of the following skills and qualifications:
• Bachelor or Master’s degree
• Preferably +3 years of relevant experience with within the medical industry
• Strong technical understanding
• Keen eye for details and quality
• Structured and organized approach
• Knowing how to systematically work with market needs and a motivation to provide customers with relevant and user-friendly solutions
• Great communication skills
• Fluent in both spoken and written English, as this is our corporate language
