We are developing a Connected Care universe of value adding services for our customers based on a solid CRM structure (Salesforce) and enriched through professional and user portals enabling user communities and self-service tools.

You will get to work with the newest CRM platform technology where your focus will be on our user portal, community, and e-shop and hereby you will get extremely close to our patients.

 

 

The Role

 

In order to develop the solutions, it´s an absolute must that you have a passion for user interaction and user engagement. As Digital Business Lead you will work closely with the development of the IT solution, bring in the market knowledge and user understanding, lead the feature scoping, the roadmap and the improvement initiatives of the solutions. With our local sales companies you are responsible for a successful implementation and promotion of the solutions. Other important stakeholders would be professionals in hospitals and our customer service department.  

You will be reporting to a Director, Customer Care Program, in the Customer Experience department in Oticon Medical. Here you will be part of a small team of engaged colleagues with a business background all focusing on value adding initiatives along the patient journey.  

 

Below you will find several tasks which you can look forward to:

 

•    Be in charge of our user portal & community (Oticon Medical Friends) and launch a new e-shop concept
•    Represent the market needs through thorough understanding of our users, the commercial and professional environment, and the competitive solution
•     Co-develop the solution with our customers (patients) and make sure that they are engaged
•    Drive the roll-out of modules to the prioritized countries and in cooperation with them secure the commercial success of the solution 
•    Drive the roadmap on new features and improvement in cooperation with our IT department
•    Take part in the training of stakeholders (local marketing managers of the different countries)

 

The Digital Business Lead will also be the content owner and work with our marketing department on the continuous promotion and content creation of the user community.  

 

 

Could we be a match?

 

We are looking for a person who has at least +3 years of experience working with customer experience and portals in the BTC industry. The person will be the one rolling out the portal in the different countries, hence having experience with project management, business development is therefore also an advantage. If you have experience from the medical industry it will give you an edge from the very beginning of your employment. 

We are looking for an independent person that strives by having influence and clear responsibility. You should expect 20+ number of traveling days per. year
